Terms and Conditions for Hunvaerk

We are Hunvaerk ApS a company incorporated in Denmark under VAT No: CVR: 41774479 and with our registered office at Nansensgade 35, 1366 Copenhagen K, Denmark, (hereinafter “Hunvaerk” or “we”).

Before buying any products from our online shop on our website please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as they, together with the documents referred to within them, tell you the terms and conditions on which you purchase, and we supply to you, our products.

We hope you will enjoy using our online shop.

Payment

Hunvaerk accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, American Express.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.

All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

We reserve the right to change our prices with immediate effect and without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is that which is listed on the website for the product in question at the time that you place your order.

Hunvaerk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Hunvaerk's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Placing an order

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

  1. you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
  2. you are at least 18 years old.

After placing your order we will send you an e-mail confirming that you have placed your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your order has been filled and shipped (“Shipping E-mail”). The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping E-mail.

Delivery and Shipment

The delivery time for your order is 4-7 hverdage.

Hunvaerk uses GLS - Erhverv, GLS - Privat, PostNord - Erhverv for shipment of your ordered items.

Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.

You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

Hunvaerk offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If the desired product is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.

We cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, and so cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. 

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om hello@hunvaerk.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Hunvaerk to evaluate the item's condition.

 

Warranty

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Hunvaerk in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Hunvaerk covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.

Liability and disclaimer

We warrant that any product purchased through our website will on delivery conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality and fit for all purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the product in question and any losses that you suffer as a result of our failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.

HOWEVER, we shall not be liable to you for losses that result from our failure to comply with these terms and conditions that fall into the following categories:

  1. loss of income or revenue;
  2. loss of business;
  3. loss of profits;
  4. loss of anticipated savings;
  5. loss of data; or
  6. waste of management or office time

unless those claims for loss of or damage to your physical property that are foreseeable or any other claims for direct loss that are not excluded by categories (a) to (f) inclusive.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for:

  1. death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  3. any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
  4. defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
  5. any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation we shall have no liability for any such representations being untrue or misleading.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Hunvaerk, we need the following information:

 . Email address

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Hunvaerk, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

The director and employees for Hunvaerk have access to the information recorded about you.

The data manager in Hunvaerk is: Anne Riber.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Hunvaerk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact hello@hunvaerk.com .

A complaint about a product or service can be filed with the Center for Complaints, the House of Commons, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can appeal to the Center for Complaints through the Complaints Portal for the House of Commons (Link) .
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaint platform.

Changes to the terms and conditions

The rapid development of the internet can make changes to our Terms and Conditions necessary. Thus, Hunvaerk reserves the right to update and revise the Terms and Conditions. When we make such revisions, we will also change the date listed at the bottom of this document.
